DMCA & Copyright Policy

This page explains how Journavia handles copyrights and DMCA notices. It is informational only and not legal advice.

What we publish

  • Wallpapers created by our team.
  • Community submissions with permission.
  • Selected materials we believe are public domain or shared under an open license.

Personal use only

All wallpapers on Journavia are free for personal use on phone, tablet, and desktop. Commercial use, redistribution, or re-upload to other sites is not allowed without written permission.

Attribution and ownership

We credit creators when clear authorship is available. If you are the rights holder and want an image credited or removed, contact us and we will act quickly.

DMCA takedown request

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on Journavia without authorization, send a takedown request to dtrminelabs@gmail.com. Include the following:

  1. Links to the exact pages on Journavia that contain the material.
  2. Links to the original work or proof of ownership.
  3. Your full name, company (if any), and contact details.
  4. A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the owner, agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
  6. Your electronic signature. Typing your full name is acceptable.

We usually respond within 24 to 72 hours by removing or disabling access to the material while we review the claim.

Counter notice

If your content was removed by mistake, you may send a counter notice to the same email with:

  1. The URLs that were removed and why you believe the removal was a mistake.
  2. Your name and contact information.
  3. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of your local court and will accept service of process from the claimant.
  4. Your electronic signature.
